The Faller Companies LLC is rapidly expanding its portfolio of retail and multifamily properties.  It invests in properties primarily in the Eastern United States.  The investment criteria for each type of property will depend on its location and return but generally follow the below criteria:

Retail - Triple Net Single Users

• Anywhere in the continental United States
• Any size
• Any value

Retail - Anchored Shopping Centers

• East Coast United States from Pennsylvania through Florida
• 80,000 square feet or greater
• Quality locations with upside

Multifamily

• 150 units or greater
• East coast United States from Pennsylvania through Florida
